To support our Comlux San Marino AOC, we are seeking to recruit an

Office Manager – based in San Marino

In this role, you will be responsible for general office administration, document control and managing AOC related operation manual revisions with the support of the respective Post Holders. You will also support and act as an interface with Aviation Authorities and liaise with other Comlux offices for general administration.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar administrative position ideally in an Aviation background. A self-motivated, driven personality with an ability to work independently as well as part of a small team is important. Strong office skills and a good IT and local aviation regulations is equally important. The candidate must be fluent in spoken and written English.
